LAKE MANASSAS EMBARKS ON NEXT
PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT,
ADDS A NEW BUILDER TO ITS PORTFOLIO

phase three of the community's development is underway. The new phase, called
The Willows, will feature 37 new homesites and a new builder, National Capital
Homes.
Lots for The Willows, which will range in size from 10,500 to 22,000 square

LAKE MANASSAS BEGINS DEVELOPMENT ON 350 NEW HOMES
Second Phase Brings New Builders, Golf Course Homes
Gainesville, VA - Lake Manassas, Prince William County's premier, award-winning, residential community, recently opened phase two of the gated community, to feature two new homebuilders and 350 new homesites. The secluded community just off Route 29 in Gainesville also is home to the new Stonewall Golf Club, scheduled to open later this summer..
Of the 350 new home sites, 125 are adjacent to the golf course, and a limited number offer views of the lake. The seven custom and portfolio builders in the new phase will offer product lines for any lifestyle, including one-level living, or maintenance free exteriors. Moreover, a separate entrance from Route 29 to the new residences will be gated past the golf clubhouse, to maintain the integrity of the gated community.
